Injunction granted by Delhi High Court against Info media 18 Limited

High Court granted exparte injunction against Infomedia 18 whereby it has been restrained from infringing Just Dial's copyright and running the website askme.in. Just Dial has filed the suit alleging Infomedia of copying its extensive database and displaying the same on its website askme.in.
